Who regulates MLO licensing in Nevada?
Nevada mortgage loan originators are licensed through the NMLS and regulated by the Nevada Division of Mortgage Lending. Nevada requires 30 hours of NMLS-approved education — the 20-hour national SAFE course plus 10 elective hours, of which 4 must cover Nevada law — then you pass the SAFE exam.
