Who regulates MLO licensing in Oregon?
Oregon mortgage loan originators are licensed through the NMLS and regulated by the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation. Oregon requires 20 hours of NMLS-approved education that must include 4 hours of Oregon law, then you pass the SAFE exam.
